8/29/2004 PHL begins to accept Used Vehicle Donations BACK Palkar Helpline (PHL) has signed-up with a third party Car Donation Program Administrator to run its Vehicle Donation program. As part of the deal, donors who wish to donate their used cars can now download and complete a Vehicle Donation Form available in our website. Our authorized Car Donation Administrator will schedule a pick-up from anywhere in the USA by handing over the receipt. |
