Any voluntary social service group irrespective of their incorporation status as a Non Profit Organization, Non Governmental Organization comes under the ServeIndia.Org's definition of a Group or Organization. Such Organizations/Groups may be even a small voluntary group whose objectives are aligned with the mission statement of ServeIndia.Org

By signing up with ServeIndia.Org, Organizations can take advantage of the free online Project tracking, Members tracking and other services offered by ServeIndia.

At home page right panel 'Organization Login' section, click on the Sign-Up link. You will get an online registration form. Fill the necessary information and submit it.

It is suggested that Groups/ Organization, which want to sign-up, have their Organization info details in hand at the time of Signing up. These details may be items such as Organization start date, incorporation date, objectives and services rendered. Please keep in mind that the information entered here will be shown up in the home page right panel 'Organization Info' section for the public to view.

On successful sign-up, ServeIndia.Org committee receives an email. The Committee then evaluates the information submitted by the Group and activates the Account. If there is any clarification, one of our ServeIndia.Org committee coordinators will contact the Group / Organization head through email.

A Group Account has to be activated by the ServeIndia.Org committee. Upon activation, the Group/Organization head receives an email to the email address registered with ServeIndia.Org at the time of sign-up.

The ServeIndia.Org committee evaluates the Group Information submitted and activates the account.

Upon activation, ServeIndia.Org automatically sends an email to the address registered at the time of sign-up.

Yes. Once the Group account is activated, the information about a Group/Organization can be viewed from the home page right panel 'Organization Info' section. Your Groups name will appear in the dropdown. Just select the group name in the drop down, it pops up a window with the information’s you entered.

Just login into the Organization Login section. On successful login, you will see a welcome message and a list of links in place of the Organization login/password text boxes. In that, click on the Profile link. It takes you to the Change Group Profile screen where you can edit your profile.

Use the Forgot password link to reset your password to a new one. To use this, you need to know your groupid, email id, zip code and answer the forgot password question.

If an Organization head forgets his Organization Login password, a request to reset the password must be sent to the ServeIndia webmaster at webmaster@serveindia.org.

For Groups/Organizations with existing members, the Group General Coordinator sends out a note to existing members requesting them to sign-up with ServeIndia.Org as Primary Members. However any new member can sign-up and associate with a particular Group/ Organization at a later stage too.
