All members of an Organization should sign-up in the Members Login section. You need to Sign-up as a Member to be able to access the Member's only sections.

Members can choose to sign-up with a particular Organization by using either the 'Sign-up' link or the 'Quick Sign-up' link. The 'Quick Sign-up' is for those who prefer to update their full profile later.

On the Online Membership Form, there is a drop down that has all the active Groups/Organizations name. Just select the Group/Organization you wish to join.
To know more about a Groups/Organizations activities, refer to the Organization Info section in the Home Page right panel.

You cannot join more than one Group/Organization in a single enrolment. However the website does not prevent you from joining more than one Group/Organization by signing up with different user names and joining the Group you want to.

Primary Membership

Your account needs to be activated by your Organization General Coordinator.

Once you have submitted your Membership form successfully, your request to join a particular Group/Organization goes to the respective Organization General Coordinator. The General Coordinator verifies the authenticity of the request and if required may contact you for more information. Once your information is verified, your account is activated. On activation of your account, you will receive a welcome message from the Group/Organization and you should be able to login.

One of the General Coordinator's of your Group/Organization will activate your account.

Incorrect password, Deactivated account or account not yet activated are the common causes of login failure. Occasionally there may be a network outage that may prevent you from accessing the site. If the website is showing up and you are unable to login, please contact your General Coordinator by emailing him your problem.

The access permissions are as follows. Primary Member is the default membership role.
A Primary Member can
  - Submit Project Proposals
  - Modify the Project Proposals submitted by him/her
  - View all Completed Projects
  - View all Approved Projects
  - View all Review Projects
  - View the Organization Reserve Pool Fund
  - Can access Discussion Forum/Chat
  - Can access Uploaded Files/Images

General Coordinator can access all its Group related information. A General Coordinator is the super admin of a Group.

Use the Forgot password link to reset your password to a new one. To use this, you need to know your username, email id, date of birth, zip code and answer the forgot password question.

Send a request to your General Coordinator with your registered Full Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Address requesting for a password reset. Your group coordinator will be able to reset your password. Once reset, you will receive an email to your registered email address with the new temporary password. Please change your password after the first login.
